Chris Blair: Gets cut loose
Blair (undisclosed) was waived by the Falcons with an injury designation Thursday.
Blair linked up with Atlanta in June after a successful tryout during minicamp. The 25-year-old previously spent time with the Packers, but he wasn't able to make his way onto their 53-man roster. Assuming he is able to clear waivers, Blair will revert to injured reserve and be forced to miss the 2023 campaign unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team.

Falcons' Chris Blair: Signed by Atlanta
The Falcons signed Blair on Friday, Scott Bair of the team's official site reports.
Blair was one of three players signed following a tryout during the Falcons' recent minicamp. The 24-year-old wideout spent the 2021 season on the Packers' practice squad and signed a reserve/future deal in January of 2022 but hasn't been with an NFL organization since. Blair has yet to appear in an NFL regular-season game.

Blair spent the 2021 season on the Packers' practice squad, and he returned to the team on a reserve/future contract in January. The 23-year-old went undrafted last year and hasn't yet made his regular-season debut in the NFL.

Packers' Chris Blair: Returning to Packers for 2022
The Packers signed Blair to a reserve/future contract Tuesday.
The wide receiver spent the 2021 campaign as a member of the Packers' practice squad and he will now return to the organization for the 2022 season. Blair has yet to make his NFL debut after going undrafted in 2020.

Blair signed a reserve/future contract with Green Bay in January but was unable to earn a spot on the season-opening roster. The 2020 UDFA out of Alcorn State has yet to make his NFL debut.
