Acuna launched a 420-foot home run off Lucas Giolito in the bottom of the third, scoring Orlando Arcia and Michael Harris to give Atlanta an early 3-0 lead. The superstar outfielder then proceeded to get on base and score in each of his next three at-bats, coming across home plate a season-high four times in the contest. He's now recorded multiple hits in four of his last six games, scoring nine runs over that stretch to go along with six RBI.

Acuna went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, an additional run, a walk and a stolen base Saturday in an 11-5 win against Milwaukee.
Acuna stuffed the stat sheet yet again in the win, drilling his 24th homer and nabbing his 50th steal of the campaign. The impressive outfielder has homered and swiped a bag in the same contest seven times this season, and he continues to build upon his big-league lead with six thefts over his past six games. Per Sarah Langs of MLB.com, Acuna is the first player in major-league history to have collected at least 20 homers and 50 stolen bases before the start of August.

Acuna went 0-for-4 with a walk and two stolen bases in Tuesday's 7-1 loss to the Red Sox.
Boston pitchers managed to contain Acuna at the plate, but a second-inning fielder's choice and seventh-inning free pass gave the superstar outfielder chances to add to his league-leading steals total. He's now up to 48 pilfers, five clear of second-place Esteury Ruiz (shoulder), and Acuna has gone 7-for-8 on the basepaths in 10 games since the All-Star break.

It's the fifth steal in nine games since the All-Star break for Acuna, as the superstar outfielder seems intent on reaching 50 before the end of the month. He's been his usual devastating self at the plate as well, batting .333 (12-for-36) since the break with two homers, three RBI and eight runs scored. In MLB history, only two players -- Eric Davis in 1987 and Barry Bonds in 1990 -- have recorded 30-50 seasons, but Acuna already has 23 homers and 46 steals with 64 games remaining on the schedule for Atlanta.

The continued willingness to run has him up to 46 thefts this season, and he's breezed past the 43 steals of Oakland's Esteury Ruiz, who went on the injured list July 7 with a right shoulder subluxation. Acuna has also collected 23 home runs, 58 RBI, 87 runs scored and a .332/.409/.577 slash line over 98 contests.

Acuna's jaw-dropping campaign continued despite Saturday's loss, as he registered his second multi-homer game of the season and notched another theft. Acuna's power/speed dominance could win a lot of fantasy leagues this season -- no other player in the league who has 20-plus homers has more than 11 stolen bases.

There was some concern about Acuna's shoulder after he appeared to jam it on a stolen base attempt Monday. It didn't end up being an issue, and he was back to running again with his 41st steal of the year and his 11th theft in the last 13 games in Tuesday's contest. The five-category superstar continues to dominate -- he's slashing .337/.415/.598 with 21 home runs, 54 RBI and 78 runs scored over 85 games as Atlanta's leadoff hitter.

Acuna went 1-for-4 with a run and a stolen base in Monday's 4-2 win against the Guardians.
When Acuna swiped second base in the third inning, it gave him 40 steals on the season and made him the first player in MLB history to record 20 homers, 40 thefts and 50 RBI before the All-Star break. The superstar outfielder also extended his hitting streak to 14 games, during which he's batting .375 with six home runs, nine RBI, 16 runs and 10 steals. He did seem to jam his shoulder on the steal while twisting around to stay on the bag, per David O'Brien of The Athletic, and while he stayed in the game, it wouldn't be a surprise if Acuna got a breather Tuesday.
