The Knicks waived Washington on Monday.

Washington appeared in 31 games (three starts) with the Suns and averaged 7.9 points in 12.7 minutes per contest last season before being let go in February. He quickly caught on with the Knicks on a two-way pact, but he never saw any game action for the NBA squad. With the Knicks electing not to bring Washington back on a two-way deal, he'll seek out an Exhibit 10 deal elsewhere ahead of training camp.
